Advanced Booking
The event will be limited to 30 tables to ensure that all exhibitors spend quality time with the customers, so early booking is advised. Early bookings mean that exhibitors can select their position within the exhibition areas on a first come, first served basis.

In addition, a comprehensive PR campaign generated by the organisers means that exhibitors who book early benefit from additional publicity at no cost.

A 30% deposit with booking is required. Full payment is required by September 17th, 2008.

Cost
Each table will be 3,300 euros, to include:

• One table top with cover (size of table to be advised)
• Electricity, if required
• An area surrounding the table for a modular display
• All refreshments during the day, i.e., coffee breaks, lunch, and a cocktail party, for two exhibitors (additional guests can be invited at nominal cost)
• Publicity in Global SMT & Packaging and a worldwide PR campaign to promote exhibitors.
